Membership in 3G Water Supply
You have just acquired a home or property in Golden Beach, Greenwood Acres or Geola Estates and you want to get water service.
3G Water Supply is a Cooperative, so our members have provided proof of ownership to their property (i.e. copy of deed or closing papers), have completed a membership application, and have paid a membership fee of $350 to have use of the 3G Water Supply. If you would like to utilize our water supply, please mail or drop off at our office, your application, along with payment as soon as possible.
The water will usually be left on and will be put in your name on your date of closing. Please process the required documents to ensure a smooth transfer of membership. If we do not receive your application documents and member deposit in a timely manner, the water may be turned off and the meter locked. Contact our office if you have any questions.
General billing information:
· Meters are usually read around the 28th of the month.
· The water rate is set at $65 base rate plus $4 per 1000 gallons for the first 4,000 gallons of water used per month.
The water rate schedule describes additional water charges.
Rates
· Payment is due by the 20th of the month following billing with a late fee assessed after the 20th. PAY ONLINE
